Santenay Gravières Premier Cru Blanc; this white is our most recent appellation. Following the clearing of some pinot noir vines from the parcel in 2011, we decided to plant chardonnay in their place. 2015 is our first vintage.
- Food pairing : This wine has a lovely minerality and is somewhat vivacious at the finish; it pairs perfectly with fish, shellfish, as well as at the start of a meal when young.
- Serving temperature : 13 to 15°C
- Consume : between 5 and 8 years
