    Aroma of black fruits such as blackcurrant or blackberry, slightly woody. This wine is rich and silky, a very good balance that should ensure a great future.

    • Food pairing : A great accompaniment to roast meat even when seasoned with spices. Dishes such as coq au vin or beef bourguignon can really draw out the qualities of this rich and strong wine.
