Dominated by roat hazelnut and almond ; appreciate the finish with its buttery note that will become more profound in time.

Quite a fat wine with a finish worthy of its appellation.

2 Santenay Clos Faubard 1er Cru 2018 (red)

A very complex nose that allows the expression of jam and cooked notes. Barely apparent woody tones allow the Pinot Noir to reveal the most subtle of its aromas. A red Burgundy that, like all great wines, requires a little patience to deliver what we expect of it.
