Nose of a real intensity and great complexity with aromas of fresh fruit. Very long and rich in the mouth which will satisfy the most demanding of palates. Laying down for a few years will benefit this wine greatly.
- Food pairing : A wine with a very nice structure that will marry very easily with white-fleshed fish or otherwise with soft cheeses.
- Serving temperature : 13 to 15°C
